TELEPHONE CALLER REF LEVEL  ...(Automatic Gain Control )

Allows the callers voice level too be held at a defined level. This reduces the problem of voice fade when the caller moves the telephone mouth peace in relation too the mouth.

The use of mobile phones also varies the level, dependant on the local signal strength.
Varying background noise will be evident as the auto gain increases, This should be monitored on PFL prior to going live for suitability.

Try the Duck button or the Half Duplex feature on the Chilton Hybrid this resolves the majority of problems.
